It’s Always Just You (or Me)
I love this time of year, the waning warmth of the days, the crisp nights, and the approach of the holidays as I look forward to great family get–togethers. It sort of goes hand–in–hand with asking “Where has all the time gone?” Time does seem to speed by, especially so now that I have a young son! And luckily, I still feel as young as I always have. (I guess it really is “all in the mind”!)
As I look ahead, I thrill to all the wonderful times I will spend with Mikey, the great things I will have a chance to introduce him to. I just hope time doesn’t go too fast!
But as the years do pass, will we change where it counts, inside? I bet we will all pretty much feel the same way we always have. In keeping with that, here is a great quote that popped up on my RSS reader today from the Quotations Page.
“There is no old age. There is, as there always was, just you.
